You can talk to me. You are allowed.

You can talk to strangers. That defines you.

You can reply to everyone that talks to you, under any circumstances.

You can speak up when you are not heard.

You can smile back. That is the polite thing to do.

You can be tender with people. 

You can have them around, but you should keep them there, around.

Just don't talk to yourself!
